#ottnews. Why does #OCSB not tell parents that activity fees are VOLUNTARY?

OCSB never bothers to tell parents that fees ($30-$50/child) are VOLUNTARY. Taxpayers are already paying over $12000/child and yet OCSB for MORE money. Why don’t they cancel the “Christian Community Day” (huge costs to rent the Shaw Centre) which $60-70K and stop this tax on the poor and middle class??!!  Please tell others about the voluntary nature!
